The Bridge Power Project is a groundbreaking 400MW liquefied gas (LPG) fueled combined-cycle power plant, making it the largest of its kind in the world and the first in Africa. Developed in two phases, the plant will generate 194MW in the first phase (currently under construction), followed by 206MW in the second phase.

Our Role in the Project

As a key civil works contractor for the Bridge Power Project, JOCL was responsible for critical site preparation and earthwork operations, paving the way for the successful execution of the project. Our scope of work included:

βœ” Foundation Excavation – Precision excavation to ensure a strong and stable foundation.
βœ” Filling & Backfilling – Proper site grading and compaction for long-term stability.
βœ” Skilled Labor Supply – Providing trained professionals to support the project’s execution.
