J. Oboboam Construction Ltd. is currently delivering a full turnkey project for the transformation of an existing facility into a cutting-edge molecular biology laboratory for the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) of Ghana. The project is funded by the European Union as part of efforts to strengthen national laboratory capacity and biosafety infrastructure.
Our scope of work includes architectural and MEP design, controlled demolition, structural modifications, and the full interior build-out of specialized laboratory spaces. Once completed, the facility will meet international biosafety and operational standards, supporting advanced molecular diagnostics and regulatory research.
This ongoing project reflects our expertise in delivering high-specification, donor-funded institutional infrastructure with precision, quality, and regulatory compliance.
