Renovation of House No.12

As part of its maintenance and repair plans, the Volta River Authority (VRA) contracted J. Oboboam Construction Ltd. (JOCL) to renovate House No.12 at Cocoa Street, Teshie/Nungua Estate. Our goal was to enhance the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of the residence.

Our work included:

✔ Demolition of Existing Defective Items – Removing old and damaged structures.
✔ Provision of New Plasterboard Ceiling – Enhancing interior aesthetics and insulation.
✔ Replacement of Floor & Wall Tiling – Modernizing the flooring and wall finishes.
✔ Replacement of Doors, Window Louvre Frames & Insect-Proof Netting – Improving ventilation and security.
✔ Metal Works – Reinforcing structural integrity with high-quality metal installations.
✔ Replacement of Electrical & Plumbing Fittings – Upgrading utilities for improved efficiency and safety.
